The Boat Shrink-Wrap Recycling Program

Best Management Practices Guidebook
This guidebook helps marinas, yacht clubs, boatyards and boaters to be more aware of environmental laws and regulations. The guidebook identifies federal and state regulations and best management practices (BMPs) that can be used to increase compliance and protect natural resources.
